BOOK NOW
What to Expect

No experience? No problem. Every session starts with a briefing from one of our Axe Coaches, demonstrating different throwing techniques before you pick up a single axe. Walk-ins are welcome, but booking ahead online is the best way to guarantee your lane. Forget the wooden board with a painted bullseye — we use a projection system with 20+ games, from Cricket and Zombies to Tiki-Tac-Toe and our own take on Battleship, so no two rounds feel the same. Axe throwing at Bananas’ Axe Cabana is extremely safe as long as you follow the rules your coach walks you through — most first-timers are sticking axes within their first few throws.
Pricing & Group Sizes

Axe throwing sessions run $32 + tax/fees per person for one hour, or $52 + tax/fees per person for two hours — plenty of time whether it’s a couple’s date night or a group of twenty or more. Frequent throwers can save with an individual or couples membership, which includes unlimited 1-hour sessions and 20% off drinks. Looking for some friendly competition? Ask about our axe throwing league — six weeks of round-robin play for $99 per person, capped off with semifinals and finals.
Getting Here

Tucked into a shopping center on Palm Parkway (8462 Palm Parkway, Orlando, FL 32836), Bananas’ Axe Cabana is just minutes from Disney Springs and International Drive — an easy stop whether you’re staying on I-Drive, wrapping up a day at the parks, or looking for something different to do near Lake Buena Vista. We’re also close to the Orange County Convention Center, SeaWorld Orlando, and Universal Orlando Resort, with on-site parking and easy rideshare pickup right outside our door.
Groups, Birthdays & Corporate Events

Axe throwing is one of the few activities that works just as well for a birthday party as it does for a corporate outing. Planning a celebration? Check out our Birthday Parties in Orlando page for packages built around cake, cabanas, and axes. Bringing coworkers together? Our Team Building in Orlando events are designed to get even the most reluctant office team laughing and competing. For weddings, bachelor/bachelorette parties, or larger private gatherings, our Private Events page covers everything from buyouts to catering options.
FREE Steel tipped darts at Bananas' Axe Cabana Orlando

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. My family and I had a great time at Banana’s Axe Cabana. Paul was very friendly and explained how all the various games worked. Games like tic-tac-toe, zombies and traditional dart board made it fun for teenagers and adults alike. They have a good variety of drinks on site if you get parched while tossing axes. Overall, a nice venue with amazing entertainment and a phenomenal staff.

We absolutely love throwing at Bananas Axe Cabana. We started going this summer and have already been back several times. Paul and Megan are always so welcoming, and helpful. Whether you’ve thrown axes before or you’re a complete beginner, they’re always happy to give you tips and help you improve.

We enjoy the place so much that we even invited our family to come celebrate my birthday with us. It’s such a fun atmosphere, and you can tell Paul and Megan genuinely care about making sure everyone has a great time. You definitely need to check it out you won’t be disappointed!

Fantastic atmosphere, lovely staff, good choice music, nice and clean, Stewart, staff member explained everything clearly. 1st time for me on vacation. At the end Mark and Tracy scored over 300, I only decided 120? But it said I was compete Winner, puzzled.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. My partner and I have been looking for a new axe throwing place since the one closest to us had close. We were wonderfully surprised when we found Bananas' Axe Cabana. Although it's a bit out of the way it it absolutely worth the drive. Its a nice clean and fun environment with friendly staff and a wide drink selection. We had the best time!!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. “ … You and your damn reviews … “ what my girlfriend said after we left and I said I’d review the place.

It was a great place to be in a high traffic high volume tourist area that needs something different. It was better than we expected but if I’m being honest it was truly a better experience with Axe throwing than we expected. We both have thrown axes, knifes and ninja stars but here having a digital screen on the wooden board made it better because it has various games you can play. Also the tiki bar is great.

If anything the bathrooms should have vents

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. This was a lot of fun. The owner is a great guy and very accommodating. They have a decent selection of craft beers but no food or hard alcohol on site. Anything other than bagged snacks needs to be ordered in. The pizza place we ordered our food from was decent. But if you are looking to have a great time throwing axes and laughing this is your place.

My husband and I visited Banana’s Axe Cabana a couple of weekends ago and had such a great time!

What really sets this place apart is the technology. The targets use virtual projection screens, so you’re not just throwing at the same bullseye all night… you can choose from a ton of different games. We especially loved being able to switch things up and play games like darts, which made the experience so much more fun and interactive.

The staff was fantastic from start to finish. The gentleman who got us set up was incredibly helpful, explained everything clearly, and even brought out some smaller throwing axes for us to try when we were playing the darts game. That extra level of attention really made the experience feel personalized and welcoming.

The bartender was equally wonderful! Super friendly, attentive, and genuinely seemed happy to be there. Everyone we interacted with made us feel welcome and made the whole experience even more enjoyable.

It’s clear that the people here care about creating a great experience for their guests. If you’re looking for a fun date night, group outing, or just something different to do in Orlando, I highly recommend Banana’s Axe Cabana. We’ll definitely be back!

Came out for a corporate team event and had an absolute blast. The staff made it easy for a group with zero axe throwing experience — patient, fun, and kept the energy up the whole time. The lanes are well set up, the bar area has a great vibe, and the themed events they have going on (Trivia Wednesdays, happy hour deals) make it clear this isn't a one-and-done kind of place. Already thinking about reasons to come back. Highly recommend for groups or anyone just looking for something different on a weeknight.

The service, food and the axe throwing was well received and the team had a blast. Thank you to the Banana's team for being amazing, we will be back.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. As a Brit we had no idea where to go but found this place on google and wow. What an amazing experience this was! We only came in for an hour and ended up spending 6 hours here due to the amazing company and conversation from Paul Megan. The best bar tenders we’ve ever come across, they made us feel so at ease and super welcome. The atmosphere here is second to none and I would highly recommend to anyone looking to throw some axes and have an awesome conversation with two really down to earth people. Amazing service! You guys are awesome! 🥰🫶🏼

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We had a work event here and it was awesome. We worked directly with the owner Stuart, he gives top tier services as well as his whole crew. They made sure we knew everything we needed to know to have a safe and great fun time. The catered food was organized and delicious! (they coordinated nearby hibachi to be served). I would definitely go again. I preferred this much more to bowling mainly because of my great experience at Bananas Axe Cabana.

Thank you!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Stuart and his team were absolutely outstanding! Our United Community Bank group had an amazing experience from start to finish. Everything was seamless—from booking and coordination to the delicious dinner from Kobe and the clear, helpful instructions on axe throwing.
The atmosphere is warm, fun, and perfect for both families and groups of friends. There are so many games to choose from, so it never gets boring, and the option to cater from nearby restaurants is such a unique and convenient touch.
It was the perfect way to end a very busy day. We’ll definitely be spreading the word, and I’m already planning a return visit with my family. Highly recommend!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Had a really great time! Came on a Friday right at 3 when they opened and we had the whole place to ourselves. The staff were super kind and helpful, and the lanes were really well maintained. I love that the board is done with a projection instead of painted on. We really enjoyed playing the regular target style game, but also the wheel of fortune style word game as well. Would definitely come back!

PAUL, the general manager walk us through, helped them and even gave My Wife a "left-handed" act which she proceeded to start getting good with. Seriously great service and can't recommend this place high enough and also can't recommend PAUL high enough. We will definitely be back!

Verified Brought a 17-member group of family with ages ranging 9-78. We all had a great time! The staff were helpful from the reservations process through our final picture at departure time. On arrival, we were checked in efficiently and ushered to an area with four throwing "alleys". We had a quick lesson and were off to a great start. The staff helped with a food order from a nearby restaurant, and even set up a food table for the group. The bar was good, with the woman serving cheerful and helpful, and a nice selection of beers and other drinks. The games were good, better than most others. The targets were entertaining; We even got to throw at Zombies (how good is that?), but I do suggest that someone modify the software so that they bleed when you hit them!

Two hours was the right amount of time.

Strongly recommended for your group night out. We will do this again. Thanks to the team!

Our firm had a great time here! There was plenty of initial guidance to make us feel comfortable with hurling axes, and frequent check-ins throughout to make sure we were feeling comfortable and doing okay. The drinks were great, and the BOGO deal on the website for Tuesdays was fantastic. If we're ever back in the area, we'll definitely come back. FYI: One hour is enough time for three people to finish 2 games when each person takes three shots at each turn

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Bananas is so much fun! We had a group of 17 from all over the US and it was fun to get together as friends and try something new! Drinks/Food were great and the axe throwing even better! I loved that you could play games vs just throwing the axe on the board, battleship was hysterical. Paul was great at giving us pointers and making sure we were all enjoying ourselves. Would highly recommend Bananas to anyone!

ABSOLUTELY A BLAST!!!
clean, organized layout, fun decorations, jukebox, punching bag, photo booth, giant connect 4 and a good variation of game modes for the throwing. (tic-tac-toe was my favorite) And the gift shop isn't intrusive like a lot of places are. staff was funny and welcoming, the waiver is not overly complicated, acted like we were already friends. the person going over the safety measures was hilarious and very supportive of my embarrassment at being ABSOLUTELY terrible xD i only made one decent shot. would come here every weekend if i could.

We had the best instructor "Paul" and Bartender as well as Stuart and his lovely wife who took care of us from the beginning of inquiring about hosting our event to the moment we arrived and at the end. The staff was so very attentive, warm and made us feel right at home! We even got to play Trivia with Disney's Theme Songs! So fun! You will not be disappointed with any package you might choose or menu we had more than enough food for our Pizza / Wings / Salads selection with so much left over and so tasty!! The options at the bar of beer / wine spritzers options were so yummy and refreshing! Stuart was very on top of our email communications and always responded to our questions and requests! We would definitely recommend this family-owned business and look to host another event in the future! Thank You Banana Axe Team!!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. It was a great atmosphere with super cool decor. They conduct a quick safety orientation before playing & demonstrate how to properly throw the axe. It was also nice that they allowed each of us to feel the weight of the axe & throw it until we were each successful with hitting the board, before we actually began our play time.

Absolutely loved that the axe throwing had digital game choices that we could select to display on a screen that is over the boatd. That way your axe throwing had a fun purpose or competition.

We were a group of 5 women, which we did a 1 hour of play time. That was more than enough time to enjoy the activity, as it gets to a point you start to get tired.

All in all, it was very fun & interactive. I would highly recommend.

I celebrated my birthday here yesterday and had an absolutely amazing experience! From start to finish, the staff was incredible, friendly, attentive, and made sure everything went smoothly. The place was super clean, and they really went above and beyond to cater to our group.
I’ve been axe throwing before, but this spot takes it to another level! The projected targets and variety of games made it so much more fun and interactive. We were laughing, competing, and having the best time.
A huge shoutout to the manager, who was so helpful in the days leading up to my event. I called a few times to coordinate food and other details, and every single time, they were patient, professional, and just awesome to work with.

Already planning my next event here; highly recommend them!

Banana Axe Cabana was such a fun experience! I went with a group of friends and we all had a great time. The staff gave us a quick tutorial that made throwing super easy, even though most of us had never done it before. They focused on safety but still kept the energy fun and laid back.

The space is open and perfect for groups there’s plenty of seating and room to move around. You can tell it’s designed for a good time, whether you’re going with friends, coworkers, or planning a party. They also have themed nights like karaoke and trivia, which makes it even more worth coming back.

Overall, the vibes were great, the drinks were solid, and we left with so many fun memories. Highly recommend if you’re looking for something different to do in Orlando.
